PHASE
ONE

  the MEET CUTE  

  • You (or your planner) fill out LSC’s inquiry form (it’s below, but keep reading!).

  • If you are the potential fit, LSC schedules a discovery call over Zoom.

 
 

   the PROPOSAL   

  • LSC builds a one-of-a-kind proposal based our Zoom discussion.

  • Proposal is sent via email for your review.

  • LSC schedules a Zoom follow-up to discuss the proposal and our future.

 
 

 we both SAY YES 

  • Contract is sent, signed and counter signed.

  • You pay a your deposit and we hold your date.*

    *LSC takes a limited number of clients annually

 
 

     the KICK OFF     

  • With you (and your planner) we do a venue walk-through.

  • We chat about LSC adding any custom elements and/or curating, sourcing and managing rentals.*

    *LSC charges a 20% fee on top of any rental or additional vendor contracts. This pays for our time and labor to curate, source, manage, and hire additional hands, etc.

 
 

PHASE
TWO

  the DESIGN GUIDE  

  • LSC creates the Design Guide for your event. This document includes the your specific details. Give us a beat… this takes time.

  • We will hop on a Zoom to walk through it all. Together we hone the precise scope of your event.

  • Upon your approval of the Design Guide, you pay 50% of the design budget.

 
 

you RELAX, we WORK

  • For the next few months, we are hard at work. Be it ordering flowers, building custom items, sourcing any and all propping, reserving all rentals.

  • During this time we independently work with the planner and venue to create day-of timelines and all production logostics.

  • We are a little quiet during this time, which is good! You relax!

 
 

 the final CHECK IN 

  • Roughly a month out, we have our final chat either on Zoom or at a mock-up* meeting.

    *LSC provides mock-ups meetings for clients with budgets over $40k or can be purchased upon request.

  • Final invoice is sent and paid.

  • We all prep for the BIG DAY!

 
 

     the BIG DAY     

  • We arrive, unload, create, install, receive, deliver, place, zhuzh.

  • We stay onsite for any room flip needs.

  • We manage our breakdown team to remove any and all items LSC brought in and leave the venue swept and clean.
