You have a vision — maybe it's crystal clear, maybe it's just a vibe you can't quite articulate yet. Either way, we're here to make it real. We believe your wedding should feel unmistakably yours, not like a template or a trend or what everyone else is doing.
We work with couples who care about the details, who want something singular, and who aren't afraid to do things a little differently. That's the energy we're here for.

Brooklyn-based, editorially-trained, and a liiiittle obsessive about the details.
Little Sister Creative was founded in 2019 with a mission to design weddings that feel singular, personal, and completely yours. We have an editorial eye, an art-world background, and a genuine love for the couples we work with. If it sounds like we take this stuff seriously — we do. But we don't take ourselves too seriously,
and that balance is kind of our whole thing.
We are first and foremost florists but we can also handle full creative direction, custom builds, rentals, installations, and all the little details that tie a room together. Our process is collaborative, our communication is clear, and our client roster stays small on purpose — because your wedding deserves a team that's paying attention. We're not here to churn out events that look like everyone else's. We're here to make something worth remembering.
Every LSC wedding is a team effort — from creative direction to production to the behind-the-scenes logistics that make it all run smoothly. Here's who you'll be working with.
founder & creative director
Julie launched Little Sister Creative in 2019 to help people celebrate highly personalized, beautiful, memorable moments of significance. As LSC creative director, she combines art, design and humor to reimagine the most pivotal moments in clients’ lives and brands’ trajectories. Her vision for LSC is to create singular events with an impeccable client experience, as well as an enjoyable process for her team and collaborators.
Prior to starting LSC, Julie spent over a decade working with top event design companies in NYC on events all over the world wearing all kinds of hats. And before that, she worked in fine art PR at Bohman’s auction house and in communications and client experience for luxury designer Yohji Yamamoto. She holds an MA in Contemporary Art from Sotheby's with a specialization in photography.
head of production
Lydia Andrien is LSC’s Head of Production where she leads the charge on event execution. With 15+ years of experience in events and hospitality, she is most comfortable with her tool belt on and can make damn near anything possible. Her robust skill set includes everything from creating puppets for Broadway productions to paper floral art for Tiffany + Co., not to mention her background in gardening and her encyclopedic knowledge of flowers and the industry. She’s designed numerous bars and restaurants and is a co-owner of Witching Hour.
cheif of operations
Jaynie Saunders Tiller is LSC’s Chief Operating Officer where she focuses on strategic development, overall operations and big picture thinking. With 20+ years of experience in theater production, she has built multiple structures to support artistic innovation. As the big sister, Jaynie works part-time with Julie at LSC. Otherwise she’s the Executive Director/Producer for award-winning downtown theater company New Georges and is an adjunct faculty member at Marymount Manhattan College.
